Inclusion Coordinator required for a September 2021 start

32.5 hours – term time plus one week. Permanent

 Scale E Salary £20,092 – £21,748 pro rata

We are extremely proud of our ethos and the very positive relationships which exist at the school. Archbishop Sancroft High School is a popular, inclusive and very successful 11-16 Church of England school in South Norfolk where students thrive and achieve very well.

Working with the pastoral team you will ensure the entitlement of every student within our school to a learning experience underpinned by ASHS ethos, purpose and values. You will manage the supervision of all students in inclusion (both supportive and restorative), developing strategies and restorative practice to support our Attitudes to Learning policy, you will also provide administrative support to the pastoral team.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team but be able to work independently and on their own initiative and be willing to learn new skills.

You should:

  • Have relevant experience working with, and an ability to motivate and support, young people
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be able to establish positive and supportive relationships with staff and students
  • Be flexible and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
  • Be committed to equality of opportunity and student wellbeing
