We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and committed class teacher to take on this exciting position.

Rudham Church of England Primary Academy is a friendly village school which is part of the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust (DNEAT). Rudham is part of a 3 academy Federation with Brisley and Weasenham Church of England Primary Academies. We like to innovate and look across Norfolk and beyond for ideas!

The successful applicant will be supported by an Executive Headteacher, Head of School, teaching and support staff from Rudham and also colleagues from across our Federation as well as our Academy Trust. We work closely with our Academies Group Executive Principle (AGEP) who is another source of support for the person appointed to this role. Opportunities for further career development are possible through our multi academy trust.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent classroom practitioner who has experience of working with children aged 7-11 years.
  • Can deliver exciting, challenging lessons within our challenge based curriculum
  • Is committed to their own professional development.
  • Works well as part of a small dedicated team
  • Has experience of working closely with parents
  • Will promote Christian Values and uphold the Christian ethos of the academy and DNEAT.
